DEFECTIVE ITEMS: For these products to be returned, please include detailed reasons for product return. Include any other applicable information regarding your claim. If the return is for print quality issues, test pages MUST be included for a credit to be issued. In some cases, such as damaged products, picture proof will also be required to be able to complete the return process. For defective items free return shipping will be provided.
NON-DEFECTIVE ITEMS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN OPENED These products have not been used. The item is intact; neither the inner nor outer packaging have been damaged. For non-defective items that are intact, return shipping will be at your cost. Should you not be satisfied with the item/s received, your unopened return/s will be refunded less a 30% restocking fee. OEM products cannot be returned.
NON-DEFECTIVE ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN OPENED: These products have not been used. Items that have been opened, refer to damage to both the inner and outer packaging. For non-defective items where the packaging has been opened, return shipping will be at your cost. Should you not be satisfied with the item/s received, your opened return/s will be refunded less a 50% restocking fee. OEM products cannot be returned.
No returned merchandise will be credited without an authorized RMA number.
If your return is approved, an RMA number, a Purolator prepaid waybill in the case of defective items, and return instructions will be emailed to you. Please note that all orders processed are recorded on our system, therefore your returns will be checked against your order. If you return the whole order, a full refund will be issued. Should you return only part of the order you will only receive a refund for the items returned.
