Order processing generally takes between 24 to 48 hours, if placed prior to 3:30 pm EST that business day, and once the processing is completed, delivery will be made within 1 to 5 business days, depending on the courier service and the shipping destination.

We do not deliver or ship outside of Canada and do not provide over the counter service.

We are partnered with the most reliable couriers and shipping companies in Canada, ensuring that your order is delivered on time, and in excellent condition. On the rare chance there is damage to your purchase, or it does not work, please keep all shipping materials and advise us of any damage to the shipping box or container.

Shipments are delivered via ground courier, and although we use the most efficient courier services for your particular area, it may take 1 to 5 business days or more for remote and rural areas.

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service or delivery methods, please contact us either by email or phone, so that we can help resolve any issues that may occur.

You can expect a Speedy and Helpful response from our experienced and friendly personnel located at our Toronto based distribution facilities.

We do not take responsibility for customers purchasing the wrong products. If you are in anyway unsure about the exact Toner Cartridge, Ink Cartridge or Drum Unit (Imaging Unit) that your printer uses or any other Printer consumable products, please contact us first, before placing your order. Our help desk will assist you in selecting the correct item.

There is a 20% restocking fee for any items returned to us in resalable condition. We will provide you with a credit on items returned to us.
